About The Site

( This section was written a long time ago -- when I acted like a little kid. So yeah, just a warning. A more detailed and less childish one will be written ASAP. )

So why did I make this site? Well I'm not really sure but it all started with the Edmoton Oilers (My hometeam <3) making the playoffs. I got so happy that I figured I should make a fanlisting for a player that I thought helped us out a lot to make it so far. I was going to make a Ryan Smyth one but seeing as how I have a short term memory I forgot about it for a while ><;. Later on I remembered and since I was spazzing about Horcoff at school and on my blog I decided to make a fanlisting for him since not only that he's my second favorite Oilers player but he was very helpful to the team, winning faceoffs. scoring goals and other things that has made the Oilers go this far and thus this site was born on June 20,2006 <3. I got so happy when the fanlistings.org approved it because I really wanted to own an Oilers fanlisting ^_^.

So why the name Confidence? Well since I suck a making names (>_<;;). I decided to read some Horcoff articles so I can find something in the article that describes him so I can name the site after it. After looking though who knows how many pages on Google I found this article about Horcoff. In one of the paragraphs it said something about confidence and I thought that would be a good name since Horcoff is pretty confidence. Every game he plays, he does it with all his effort and skills since he probably has a lot of confidence in himself. So that's why I named the site Confidence :D.
